Conversion to Typescript and refactoring of the code.

• Extraction from endpoint that generates form lines for the extracted values
• suggestions from static data for license, vocabulary and language
• validation using rdflib type checks

Known bug:

• It is difficult to extract data from non-https compliant endpoints
