WHEN the user enters the app
THEN they are met with a window that prompts them for a username and password or to register
WHEN the user clicks register
THEN they are brought to new page where they can type in their information
WHEN the user types in their username and password
THEN they are directed to a new page with a message board
WHEN the user enters a message in the text field and presses send
THEN the message is diplayed in the chat box for other users to see
WHEN the user is done
THEN they can press the red logout button to be redicted back to the login page
WHEN the user clicks on one of the image icons
THEN they are directed to the developers github with the corresponding name
