• Switched to BaseMod which cuts out some of the redundant code
• Gets rid of Newtonsoft using the Krafs publicizer for access to private members and ClothingTableEx for serialization compatibility
• Added optional hex strings for some of the properties
• Added option for watching changes in /json/ and clearing the cache on change or shutdown. Also sends a "redraw" to the first online player to make some manual checks easier
• /export-clothing command to try to dump the ClothingTable for a (Admin) player's selected WO
• /convert-clothing command to convert all content with default serializer and export with custom serialized to /json/converted
