Default credit extension for Paymenter

Paymenter extension to set default credit on registration.

Installation

1. Download latest release from Github.
2. Create directory Credit at /var/www/paymenter/app/Extensions/Events
3. UnZip and upload files at /var/www/paymenter/app/Extensions/Events/Credit.
4. Login into admin area and go to Extensions -> Credit -> Edit, fill Start Credit field and enable it to activate extension.
