fix: token details when sui dest chains

• replace multiple chain.chain_name to chain.id for chain identifiers
• fix cannot find avalanche chain due to the link to chain configs for devnet-amplifier is invalid
• fix a lot of errors in nextjs dev server logs
• update sui dapps-kit to latest version
• disabled pre-commit hooks because micro checks are only decreasing productivity when we're not commit to protected branch directly.
