Version 0.5 released

Use Case Executor has been separated from Use Case Bundle. As a result, the namespace prefix for all classes has been changed from Bamiz\UseCaseBundle to Bamiz\UseCaseExecutor. Also, UseCaseExecutor has been moved to the top level namespace, so that the primary purpose of this library is visible right away ;)
