Commit Description: Update the template-gas-increase configuration with specific values: - Set OP_COMMIT to v1.7.1 to match current SystemConfig contract version - Set BASE_CONTRACTS_COMMIT to v1.0.0 for latest base-org/contracts - Configure gas limits: - OLD_GAS_LIMIT: 30000000 - NEW_GAS_LIMIT: 35000000 (16.7% increase) These values are chosen based on: 1. Current Optimism mainnet configurations 2. Standard gas limit increase patterns 3. Safe upgrade margins for L2 performance The gas limit increase will help improve TPS and reduce gas fees while maintaining system stability.
