Add tool tip with expiration date when hovering over admin username
Add password change UI triggered by clicking admin username
To make desktop notifications work I had to change the target framework and the target platform versions. I don't believe it'll break anything.
I couldn't get the icons on the text boxes working correctly, I don't get the voodoo that's happening to make that work.
