[Jubatus Hecki] Stability improvements

Now updater is more stable as in previous version.
Now app is using registry, that makes updater more stable.
Now updater is running new installer in silent mode, that will not bother you while auto-update.
Added Windows task menu item progress showing.
Changed application icon.
