This PR adds release data onto the documentation website. Demo
Release data for cadence, cadence-go-client and cadence-java-client is made available in separate pages.
A table of contents listing major versions, latest release and release data is displayed on each page.
The release data is loaded from a json file which can be updated at build time.
Added a script to fetch the release data from GitHub, this can be set up to execute prior to deployment or on a schedule.
