discord:// now supports the kwarg of 'botname'

It was reported that the following URL would not work for the user:

• https://discord.com/api/webhooks/xxxx?avatar_url=https://i.imgur.com/FsEpmwg.jpeg&botname=TEST

The expected results is the botname would have been set to TEST and it wasn't. Until this PR, the botname keyword wasn't supported.
