Player Descriptions

In Minecraft, players have different usernames. Item Descriptions supports custom descriptions for players based off their usernames.

For example, to add a description to the player "Steve", you would add the following entry to your resource pack's language file (en_us.json for English U.S.).

"entity.minecraft.player.steve": "Is that Steve?",
