feat: Add layer color sync activation option

This shouldn't be merged until:

1. A color indicator is available for the color of the segmentations/annotations etc.

And ideally:
2. The annotation default color moves to the rendering tab.

It's possibly though that this could merged with 1 available and not 2. But it would need to be considered how often users change the color - likely the benefit of a color legend outweighs the more difficult color changing process
