This might be version 1.0, the last version before the split.

We are hoping to more properly support a wider array of WCH chips and also split the headers out of the one megamonolith header into separate headers. So, before we turn everyone's world upside down, probably best to make a release.

v0.9 - last 003-only release

This release marks the last major release before moving onto support for other CH32V microcontrollers.

No serious defects have been found in a few months... So, time to move onto adding more microcontrollers.
