Description
We wish to copy the entire CoC.md file to other repos in the conda orgs (see #146, conda/infrastructure#937, conda/infrastructure#973, conda/infrastructure#975). Unfortunately repos with pre-commit & codespell enabled will falsely correct
recusetorecurse. While this can be ignored downstream, doing so will require special attention in each of the downstream repos.Instead I propose to enable pre-commit & codespell here and to mark
recuseas ignored in the CoC.md source.
