Description
Since
conda/infrastructureis now juggling two types of sync workflows (the oldsync.ymland the newupdate.yml) we need to preserve two sets of templates (seetemplatesand the newsyncfolder added here) to serve to the downstream repos in order to avoid pushing templated files.
