### Running the Instruction Set Simulator

Now, we can actually run the generated kernels on the vendor's instruction set simulator. We pass the `--skipsynth` flag to avoid re-running synthesis and compilation to C with intrinsics. We also pass in the pre-built expert binary for matrix multiply.
