• sanity 관련 컴포넌트 sanity/lib/로 이동
• sanity/lib/에서 biome 동작하도록 gitignore 설정
• toc 동작하도록 쿼리 수정
• heading에 링크 동작하도록 block 수정
• PortableContent 타입 any 사용하지 않도록 수정
