This release brings the library more in line with the KiCad Library Convention for KiCad 5.

In particular, the silkscreen layer for each footprint now shows how the switches and sockets should be installed, the fab layer shows the recommended information for assembly, and the footprints are named more clearly to reflect which ones are for direct soldering a switch and which ones are for hotswap sockets.
