Switching to the even/odd tag versioning, like darktable does.
Odd tag versions (like this one) denote the beginning of the dev cycle
for next release which will be marked with odd tag, in this case - v4.0

"Coincidentally", this also denotes the official transition of the
RawSpeed mamaintenance to the darktable project.
