Small PR with these changes:

  • A new make tables command that will generate the tables locally
  • dbt Docs will get published (closes Deploy website with dbt docs #30)
  • Copies the website to IPFS. It'll be accessible via IPFS_CID/portal

Once it renders, we can publish it automatically to GitHub Pages via https://github.com/actions/deploy-pages.
