chore(Dockerfile): remove Dockerfile from dicty-frontpage app

The Dockerfile for the dicty-frontpage app was removed as it is no
longer needed. The app is now built and deployed using a different
method, making the Dockerfile redundant. This change simplifies the
project structure and reduces unnecessary complexity.
