First real working stab

This release can call slack, or print to stdout. The training text is only the transcript of the first 2016 debate, tho, and that's just not enough text to be interesting for very long. the next release will facilitate the "training" corpus in a different way, allowing for much larger texts ( and arbitrary numbers of participants )
