- Remove travis-ci configuration.
- Add GitHub Actions jobs for a reasonable set of different builds on different platforms.
- Include cross-build jobs that show the problem that @mdavidsaver recently reported in gsample3.make: No such file or directory #2.
- Linux (Ubuntu), MacOS, Windows - gcc, clang, MSVC - shared and static builds - native and cross builds - Base 7.0, 3.15, 3.15.3, 3.14.12.8 - CentOS 7, recent Fedora
- fix bug (use of $ instead of # in Makefile snippet) - remove epicsExceptionTest.cpp (fails on newer compilers)
