Instructions

Clone into apache directory
Rename _index.php to index.php
Set DEVELOPER & ENVIRONMENT on index.php
Configure/add entry in application/config/config.php for $base_url
Configure/add entry in application/config/db.php for database settings
Upload the migration file to your database
Start Coding :)
