SatNOGS kaitai structs for telemetry parsing
- ax25_frame_parser.ksy is a simple struct for any AX.25 'I' type frame.
- ax25-elfin-tlm-parser.ksy contains the AX.25 frame struct and a description of the ELFIN STAR A and B satellite telemetry frames.
