feat: Add Bulbaswap LP positions adapter #73

This PR adds an adapter for tracking Bulbaswap LP positions. The adapter:

Tracks both V2 and V3 LP positions
Uses Bulbaswap API to fetch position data efficiently
Returns total liquidity value per user at given blocks
Supports caching for better performance

Implementation details:

Inherits from CachedBalancesIntegration
Uses https://api-dev.bulbaswap.io/v1/partner-tasks/ethena/positions endpoint
Aggregates liquidityUSD from all user's positions
Handles both V2 and V3 position types
