RPC Commands

Very basic RPC interface for tech demo

Command Arguments Description
mineandpush signed-tx(hex), [target(int)] provide a signed-tx for mining and then push, if a target was not provided use the minimum
getoutputs pubkey(hex) return the unspent outputs belonging to a pubkey
