0.5.0 - Made significant changes to make it work with Android 8.0, the main change was from a background service to an alarm.
0.4.11 - Added apparent temperature to the app and updated the inigo plugin to support this.
0.4.10 - Added a code to stop the app's background service from being killed without the app exiting too
0.4.0 - Added a version number to Inigo data template so when the app updates people can get notified about the changes in the app, rather than relying on updates to the weewx list about changes
