This PR fixes the build of multiple drivers:

  • ubuntu 6.5 drivers
  • ubuntu-lts drivers

fix(pkg/driverbuilder): fixed support for ubuntu 6.5 and ubuntu-lts drivers

Moreover, properly use newer gcc image from kernel 6.5+.
