Options to update archived run after 'final' archiving operation

There are cases where an archived run needs to be updated after the 'final' archiving operation has been performed (e.g. when user or PI information needs to be corrected, or if QC needs to be rerun due to incorrect organism being supplied initially).

It would be useful to have a way to manage the archived run in these cases.
