Remove CupertinoSegmentedControl from the widget catalog #11787

This removes the CupertinoSegmentedControl from the widget catalog. Customers should instead use CupertinoSlidingSegmentedControl.

CupertinoSegmentedControl is the pre-iOS 13 - released in 2019 - look for an iOS "segmented control".
