ArtOurs is a platform dedicated to connecting artists with customers, providing a space for artists to showcase their talents and offering customers access to quality art and craftworks. Our primary objectives are to facilitate connections between artists and customers, enable artists to showcase their art, provide opportunities for commission works, and ensure a trustworthy platform with minimal fraudulent activities.
- Python 3.10+ installed
- Django installed (
pip install django) - A virtual environment (recommended)

Clone the Repository:
git clone https://github.com/fuunshi/artours.git cd artours -
Create a Virtual Environment:
python -m venv venv source venv/bin/activate # On Windows use `venv\Scripts\activate`

Install Dependencies:
pip install -r requirements.txt

Apply Migrations:
python manage.py migrate

Create a Superuser (optional, for admin access):
python manage.py createsuperuser

Run the Development Server:
python manage.py runserver

Access the Application: Open your browser and go to
http://127.0.0.1:8000/to see the home page.
