Vim config files

Run sh prepare_vim.sh to symlink the vin config files in home directory to those in this repo. Include plugins like:

• Pathogen
• NerdTree
• Solarized color scheme
• C++ syntax
• Fugitive

Solarized color scheme files

• vim (using Solarized)
• iterm2 (using Solarized)
• gnome directory colors (from dircolors)
• gnome-terminal (from gnome-terminal-colors-solarized)

Thanks to all those geeks whose snippets I have assembled together into these files. I use these to breathe.
