Related to #63

Add 2-3 tags with keywords and context next to each link in the README.md to provide better context and grouping of content.

  • Microsoft Learn:
    • Add tags such as Governance, Risk Management, Kubernetes, Configuration, Security, etc.
  • Microsoft Docs:
    • Add tags such as Policy, Guardrails, ARM, Templates, CLI, PowerShell, etc.
  • Microsoft Videos:
    • Add tags such as Governance, Deployments, Customer Panel, Policy, Kubernetes, Compliance, etc.
  • Microsoft Announcements and Articles:
    • Add tags such as Custom Recommendations, Automation, Backup, Compliance, Security, etc.
  • Microsoft Repositories and Tools:
    • Add tags such as Cyber Security, Visual Studio Code, Policy, Governance, etc.
  • Microsoft Forums and Feedback:
    • Add tags such as Governance, Ideas, Q&A, etc.
  • Community Videos:
    • Add tags such as Diagnostic Settings, Admission Control, Custom Policy, Tagging, Automation, etc.
  • Community Podcasts:
    • Add tags such as Policy, Key Vault, Integration, Security, etc.
  • Community Books:
    • Add tags such as Policy Design, Digital Adoption, Governance, Security, etc.
  • Community Articles:
    • Add tags such as Policy Reference, Audit, Tagging, Automation, Compliance, etc.
  • Community Tools:
    • Add tags such as Advertizer, Governance, Intellisense, Guardrails, etc.
  • Community Repositories:
    • Add tags such as Terraform, Policy Definition, Governance, Compliance, etc.
  • Community Forums:
    • Add tags such as Reddit, Stack Overflow, Policy, Forum, etc.
