F# support for the Open Web Interface for .NET (OWIN)
Dyfrig (Latin Dubricius) was a 6th-century evangelist to the Welsh. As OWIN (or rather Owen) is a Welsh name, this seemed somewhat fitting as the purpose of this library is to encourage F# web developers to adopt OWIN.
