... when appropriate, which follows the same logic as for generating mark positioning rules: in the case of ufo/designspace sources, if categories are manaully defined in GDEF we will use those, otherwise we will use either public.opentypeCategories or the glyphs.app glyph category property. This fixes a bug I noticed when implementing the 'dist' feature.
