Introducing a new feature: Downgrade Tool
downgradetool

Finally You can watch those rusty-old recorded games. Just choose which patch you would like to roll back and hit downgrade button. To revert back to the latest version you can either choose latest patch which should always be on top of the list or verify game integrity files through steam.

I'm in the process of making a video tutorial to show you how you can easily downgrade and revert back.
