Basic version

This version is not reliable if deadlines found are very frequent that the order of sent deadlines and confirmed deadlines mix to each other. This happens mostly if you get more than one deadline per block. Otherwise it is reliable.

Place the executable into the log file folder and run from there.

It doesn't keep logs. Please navigate to the folder with console and run it from console so that the console window persists after the scanning the results are not lost.
