Description of who we are Tom's introduction to last night's cyber speakers, talked about makers vs breakers. We are traditionally the breakers.' Description of what our stack looks like

We're a little new to hackfest with this level of technological complexity

Challenges: Mission data is delivered over a separate channel than C2 (restate mission 3 verbiage) Bandwidth inefficient, we'd like to use all the space available

SDR gives us the ability to program the spectrum, but in this, we also have an implicit ability to program the entire network stack (where we don't need interoperability) So we can reimagine network stacks

Current things we do: RTP QoS LGPL

Work we're building toward: Reliable delivery of frames and datagrams Encryption

Could be done: Multiplex across channels to aggregate bandwidth Move across IP In reimagining, reprogramming, a dynamic network stack, we can also go dynamic about... everything: optional protocols, optional fields Machine learning integration on class detection
