This repository contains code that calculate species associations across the US forests. Integrating with climate, soil, topography and vegetation databases, this reporsitory further evaluated the relative improtance of the selected environmental characteristics. This study contributes as a benchmark for future studies on biodiveristy maintanance and ecosystem funcctiongs.
