Resolve Advanced Importer 1.1

Improvements:
— Improved Performance
— Removed additional logging of files that have already failed to import once
— Added an app icon

Fixed bugs:
— Child folders not being ignored correctly
— Importing fails if a file has already been deleted
— Double-importing a file in the same bin (Resolve crashes if the second file is selected)
