- Quick guide Login instructions. Access to: https://landingpage.soict.ai/AutoEmail to login the AutoEmail software. The screen will display as below:
Figure 3. Functional areas on the main interface Then enter your email address and corresponding password. Click I agree to the Terms and Conditions and LOGIN to start using the software. 3.1. Required settings Step 1. If you have not registered an account, click Register to register, the screen now displays: Type your email address, name and password to register. Select I agree to the Terms and Conditions and reg to complete the account registration.
Step 2. After completing login, the main screen displays "Progress Management" of emails as the main interface as shown below:
3.2. Common Actions 1 Manage set-up email progress: Step 1. Select Dashboard.
Step 2. The screen that shows up is the progress list of emails with automatic sending time as shown above.
3.3. Commonly used operation 2 Content settings, automatic sending time, recipient list:
Step 3. Select Menu feature => Send email.
Step 4. The Schedule Insert section is the automatic email sending list (each line is an email address); Name; date and time sent.
Here, you enter the content corresponding to your desire.
Step 5. The Preview section is to preview the submitted content.
This will help you see the errors of the email (if any) so that it can be corrected promptly.
Thus, after setting the content, time, recipient address, the Automail software will automatically send the email with the set-up number and time.
