Need to implement on-demand access to the gpu_intel on serotonin compute node. |

All checks are now passing with the jobs scheduled on the cluster through the github meta-runner. |

This is now passing, but I will remove the ignoring of deprecation warnings and merge in the changes from master once the use of the deprecated functions is fixed. |
