Added notification system, fundraising system, 6 new public commands. Login has been transferred to the site. Refactoring

New commands

  • /online to show online players in game;
  • /pay2 to transfer coins from one penguin to another by Discord mention;
  • /top to show top 10 penguins in category;
  • /settings to setting notification;
  • /fundraising open to open the fundraising (max 1);
  • /fundraising close to close the fundraising.

Removed commands

  • /guideRole (transferred to linked roles).
