this mostly takes code from DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#2275 to implement feminization and masculinization to our existing HRT reagents. it also adds 0-cost traits to enable those effects to be applied on your character

known issues

• this is so subtle i thought it wasnt working until garba crit and i heard female gasping

also just to be clear despite the reason that PR closed i have explicit permission to port this

traits are definitely the way to go about this so we don't end up with forcefem bombs but it also feels weird to have entire traits for one specific chem interaction. its probably fine though

for some reason i was expecting testosterone to just delete my boobys. this is so subtle so its probably fine. we'll need to get a better traits ui in the future but thats so out of this pr's scope
