feat: ✨ jest config 타입스크립트화

설명 (Description)

• jest.config.ts 분리했습니다.

변경 내용 (Changes Made)

• package.json에서 설정 jest.config.ts로 분리하고, @gluestack-ui 컴포넌트 add할 때 transform ignore처리해야 실행되어서 추가했습니다.

테스트 방법 (How to Test)

• pnpm test
