Also minor improvements to login dropdown wording.
We will remove it in a later PR.
I also removed the frivolous headers from the region page.
A certificate error is shown for the bootstrap-material-design links when running from Travis, but not when running locally.
The .primary-nav class is not in use currently, but I added it for consistency. I also removed `progress-bar/main` since it's not used.
This causes an ambiguity in the URL path between "lists" and "list". "list" was never really accurate, so I went back to calling it "results". In summary, the routes that were changed are: - mymine -> lists - list -> results
