This adds a workflow to github which builds the unity project for metaquest apps as an apk. Currently on pr to dev branch.

TODOs for @xinkai-jiang:

  • add github secrets for unity license (tutorial)
  • Releases for users are done manually, not via workflow (as discussed)
  • merge this into dev branche(s) after PR is complete
