Added Compatibility for the XPS RG 40/41 (plus compatibility with unknown RG / textures)

Added Parameters for import:
Join Rips: Now its optional to join the rips in the meshes.
Join MeshParts: Join meshes that have in the name "!nPart!". the previous parameter eliminates the rips.
Connect Bones: Connects bones to its parents when posible.
Auto IK: Set the armature for Auto IK.

Added Parameters for import:
Export only selected: Export only selected objects or all visible objects.
